With over 2.5 years of in-person coaching and more than 4 years of online training experience, I’ve helped over 100 clients build functional strength, move better, and live pain-free.
My approach blends science, structure, and empathy. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with a sedentary lifestyle, or pushing for performance, I customize each program to your goals, lifestyle, and limitations.
